  1. Declare the intent of your post if posting items: FS (For Sale), FT (For Trade), NFS (Not for Sale), NFT (Not for Trade), ISO/LF (in search of / looking for).
  2. Sales post requirements: Prices for all individual items or an item lot is required. Shipping prices and methods must be stated. TIMESTAMP pictures with CURRENT DATE and FULL NAME for all items is required - no exceptions. No digital timestamps. Photos must be clear and representative of the item that will be received and conditions must be clearly described. Items are to be shipped within 3 BUSINESS DAYS of completing a transaction. Proper packaging is required to prevent products arriving damaged. Proof of packing/shipping is required such as tracking or videos at post office. We encourage buyers to video parcel openings for product verification and to report any discrepancies found within 2 BUSINESS DAYS.
  3. Self-promotion and business promotion are typically not allowed: No post approval will be given with links outside the group page unless approved by admin or mod beforehand. All post should be dedicated to Pokémon content.
  4. Be kind and courteous: We want to create a safe, fun and friendly environment for all the members. Discussions that include sharing of opinions are encouraged, but kindness and professional courtesy is expected. Bullying and harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. ABSOLUTELY NO PRICE BASHING. This group supports a free market. Please do not police the price of sales posts by others. If you do not agree with or like a price, scroll down.
  5. Do not hijack posts: If you want to make a sale, make your own post and do not steal original poster's post.
  6. Auctions: Auctions are welcome to anyone to host regardless of verified seller status. Seller must clearly indicate the end time (including timezones) and can only host 2 MAX at a time. Auctions must include starting bid, starting time, end time, and minimum bid increments. Winner should be notified within 24 hours. Auction ghosting will result in a mute. Reserves may be set with an admin or a moderator. Shill bidding is prohibited and users will be permanently banned if misconduct is found.
  7. Waffles: Members cannot host waffles until they have at least 35 positive feedback on their vouch post and gain verified seller status after 6 months of a clean record membership. Only 1 Waffle may be held at one time. Donation is 1% from main before spot deals. Minis (first mini is free), micro, H2H, WFF, and giveaways are $1 each. CAPPED $35. Anything over $100 must be tracked. If you are hosting for another member, you are RESPONSIBLE for any issues throughout transaction (e.g., responsible for lost packages, resealed items, damage). Hosting for others is at your own risk and is not endorsed. Waffling of custom items are not allowed. Pokémon Licensed items only.
  8. PayPal required: Every sales post MUST have PayPal G&S as a payment option regardless of the amount. Sellers must write that they accept PayPal in their sales post. We DO NOT allow EMT only posts. Purchases with EMT is done at a buyers discretion and they are solely responsible for the outcome.
  9. Decisions by the admin and moderator team are final: Our team will take a diplomatic approach and vote on any decisions made pertaining to group removal and bans. We operate under a three strike rule, with increased severity of consequence (e.g., temporary mute) per strike before group removal. Egregious violations such as scamming, harassment, racism, etc. will result in immediate group removal and notification of behaviour to mods in other groups.
